This is the image I want to change.  We want change but resit it at the same time.  My longest run to date has been 7 miles.  Hope to run over 10 miles this weekend.  Thanks for your encouragement and help to change my life and the lives of so many people at the Transformation and Lighthouse Counseling Center.
